After more than 20 years in accountancy, Helen is passionate about helping business owners succeed with friendly, proactive advice that makes finance feel a little less complicated.
Away from Square, she's usually chasing the sunshine, fitting in a gym session, or attempting to master another ballroom dance.

Marcus has been working in finance since he was 17 and is passionate about supporting business owners with practical, straightforward advice.
Away from the office, he's a devoted family man who enjoys watching sport—especially boxing, darts, and football—and making the most of time with his loved ones.
EMMA BELCHER-BANES
Payroll Manager/Bookkeeper
With 26 years‘ experience in accounts. Emma relishes a new challenge.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling widely to explore new cultures and destinations. She plays cricket for a local women’s team and is also a keen follower of baseball and ice hockey.
HAZEL BRINKMAN
Bookkeeper
After many years in banking, Hazel returned to college to gain her AAT qualifications and enjoys helping our clients WITH their bookkeeping support function, she has a keen eye for detail and organisation-think colour coded lists!
Outside of work, you'll find her indulging IN pilates, home interiors, gardening or exploring hidden corners of the UK.
AMANDA BROWN
SEMI SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Amanda is a Semi Senior Accountant with over 11 years of experience in finance. She takes pride in delivering high-quality work and enjoys supporting clients with their accounting needs and HELPING THEM TO ACHIEVE their financial goals.
Outside of work Amanda is a keen musician regularly performing at festivals and functions.

Following a successful career in administration and sales, Emily joined the Square team in 2023 and has loved building strong relationships with our clients ever since. She's passionate about helping businesses stay organised and on the right track.
outside of work enjoys spending time with her two young children, dancing, family days out, and the occasional visit to Oliver Bonas.
MEGAN ANDERSON
JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT/ADMINISTRATOR
As our Junior Accountant, Megan is busy learning the ropes and building the skills to become a trusted adviser for our clients, all while bringing a positive attitude to the team every day.
Outside of Square, she loves spending time with animals, renovating her home, and escaping on a cruise whenever she gets the chance.
BELLA

Bella is responsible for keeping team morale high, welcoming visitors and providing essential stress-relief cuddles during busy deadlines. She takes her role very seriously — although meetings are occasionally interrupted by requests for treats.
Outside the office, Bella enjoys long walks, plenty of naps and chasing the squirrels of Southsea Common (with varying degrees of success).
